The Underdog is Waterloo’s most popular dance spot for beginner adults in all dance styles, which is no doubt due to our wonderful team of instructors! We hire people for who they are and how they make our students feel.

We offer highly competitive hourly rates for instructors, a positive work environment, and lots of bonuses and perks throughout the year, including an unlimited monthly membership! We are also proud to be an official certified living wage employer.
