Welcome to Yoga at Underdog! In her yoga classes, Jessie focuses on deepening awareness and understanding of the body through meditative movement, introducing new breathing techniques and unique flow sequences. From longer holds and breathwork, to lively flows and fun balance poses, there is something for everyone! Quoting her classic mantra to "take what you need", Jessie is excited to guide you on your yoga journey as a dancer and help you feel confident on the mat.

FAQs

    • Please wear anything you feel comfortable stretching and moving in! Leggings, sportswear, compression shorts are all good! 

    • Please also bring your own water bottle and yoga mat. 

    • Two yoga blocks are optional but recommended. 

    Please do not wear outdoor shoes in the studio.

  • This 50-minute drop-in class will guide you through key yoga moves and foundational skills designed to help your body refresh, recover, and move more freely as a dancer.

  • We especially want you to join if you have no dance experience! We specialize in helping newbies fall in love with their passions.

  • Our drop-ins are only $25.00 per class (plus HST). If you decide you love us and want to become a member, classes can be as low as $12.50 each!
